Fix to get around Android 12 / Google Play breaking backwards compatibility
Changed to allow opt-in video ads to earn Ticketz after app been purchased to remove all the other ads - as requested.
Fixed another issue in a support library due to Google In App Purchase SDK failing to maintain backwards compatibilty. Apologies for those of you hit by this.

Minor UI updates making the app flow more smoothly, e.g. dealing a next hand if the bidding of a previous hand is not particularly exciting.

Forced skipping of deals when 3 or more hands result in less than 14 points for South. It is therefore no longer possible to get more than 3 hands (from the 2 billion possible hands) in a row that dont contain biddable hands.

From your feedback plus more advertizers using full screen video ads means we have reduced the number of full screen adverts by about 50% (hooray!). You should still get to play about 98% of the time + hopefully we still generate sufficient revenue to keep the app free for you. Totally ad free is still available via the single IAP should you wish.
